Expert neuroscientists who study age-related memory loss at all four McKnight Brain Institutes in the U.S. — at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, University of Arizona, University of Florida and University of Miami — came together in Gainesville April 10-12 to present the latest scientific data and to collaborate on prospective interventions to promote healthy and successful cognitive aging.
The Tenth Annual McKnight Brain Research Foundation (MBRF) Poster Reception was held in San Diego, California, on November 4, 2018. Guests from across the nation attended the event. Dr. Susan L. Pekarske, a distinguished clinical pathologist and hematopathologist was elected trustee of the McKnight Brain Research Foundation (MBRF) at its board meeting on February 21, 2018. Her three-year term of service is effective July 1, 2018.
